Hi,
The defrost drain tube is frozen shut. Disconnect the power to the refrigerator. Then remove the freezer floor. Now remove the inside back freezer wall. You will see lots of ice under the coils and maybe even under the freezer floor that you removed.
Melt all the ice away and make sure the drain hole below the freezer coils is clean. You won't even be able to see the drain hole until you get the ice out of there. Run some water down it to make sure.
You do have a defrost drain pan on the bottom of the refrigerator that the water run into. The pan may not be able to hold all the water as you melt the ice that has built up in it.

My whirlpool leaks water from inside. No noticable leaking. It needs to be drained every 5-6 days. It has automatic ice maker which is working and does not appear to be excess mostiure/humidity. there is no drain or pan underneath to collect overflow like on older models.
