New GE refrigerator pfe28kynfs french door with twin chill not cooling to set temp of 35. It will go to 40/39.

I have heard from a other forum that it could be the placement of the temp sensor "the primary temperature sensing thermistor is in the cold air tower in the back (right at the cold air output at the top of the rear of the fridge). This has resulted in poor cooling performance"

Freezer temperature is at the set temperature of 0 degrees.

Any ideas?

Thanks
