First off I don't know much about this particular fridge, but from looking at the parts diagram, I noticed this part 1541, LED transformer. It might be the problem. It putts out 27 VAC, too much for LEDs. It must go through a board then to the LEDs. It needs to be tested for output.

GE Monogram Fridge Refrigerator All lights stopped working...Freezer side is still working fine. Checked the master switched near the main board and door switches with a help of a friend and they all seems to be fine.

Talked to a GE tech that was given to me by GE customer service and he told me to replace the main board, which I did at the cost of 350 with no change to my problem. I am upset as I spent so much money on the advise of a certified tech and issue is still not resolved.

Model: ZISP480DXBSS

As reading the other posts some people mentioned about the transformers under the fridge that might be the culprit but model number is not the same, hence I am little reluctant now to go out and buy new transformer.

Anyone else had the same issue with same model of GE or know if this issue is related to something else?

Any help and guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
