We have an issue where when we press a cup in for water or ice, the system flashes the temps on the control screen a few times, and then it takes a good 5-10 seconds for the ice or water to actually pump/come out. It's like the system is thinking or processing. Sometimes it does this sequence a few times before water/ice will be activated and dispensed.

On advice of a friend who works on appliances, he reviewed the problem and said it was the control board. Well, we just replaced that, but the same problem still exists.

Anyone out there experience this? Could it be a poor signal from the switch?
