i recently had trouble with my ice maker not making ice, i contacted yall and yall walked me threw it step by step thanks again. but now every time it makes ice it trys to dump the ice and it gets the ice out of the trays but its gets stuck before they fall and to repeat the process, any advice on this on?

Remove the dispenser cover by gently prying going round and round a little at a time to prevent from breaking it. When it's off the screws will be exposed to access the other components

Do you hear the new valve working when you try the water dispenser?
If you don't it could be the dispenser switch.
Your water line could be frozen in the door. You can disconnect the line under the unit before it goes into the door at the bottom hinge. Push the dispenser button and see if it comes out there. If it does leave the door open till it thaws.
