I cannot find any tech info on this unit.

Since the compressor is running and you are net getting any cooling you have a sealed system problem. This will be an expensive repair as you need a pro. Often it makes more sense to put those dollars towards a new unit.

You did not say what the specific problem/symptoms are.
The above only applies if there is no cooling at all in the freezer re: it gets to room temperature.

If the freezer stays cold (some cooling) then it could be a different problem.

I have a Haier ESR042PWW refrigerator. It has stopped cooling and freezing. I do not hear the compressor running but it is very warm to the touch when plugged in. When changing the temperature, I can hear a click sound like it's trying to adjust but nothing happens. Tried unplugging for 24 hours, same results. Any ideas?
