To follow up, I read on another site I read to check resistance between the connectors on the side of the compressor where the starter plugs in.
From the lower prong to the upper 2 I read 4.7 - 5.0 ohms

My fridge is not cooling. The fan is blowing and the compressor is humming and is warm to the touch.
I have read other posts but I'm not sure they match.
The lights work as well. I have read to check the compressor starter relay on the side of the compressor, but my compressor hums with a light vibration and is very warm to the touch.
Is it a compressor failure?
