If your fridge is less then 5 years old - the compressor is still under the manufacturer warranty which is 5 years from the date of purchase.
If the problem is just the start relay you can not replace it with 3-in-1 device. It will void the compressor warranty. You can replace it only with the original part made by Frigidaire. The part number for the Frigidaire start relay is AP3790738
Good luck.
Gene.

Not that I know of, but you could always call and ask them.

Thanks for the quick info. Can you buy a 3-n-1 kit from Lowes? That's the closest place to me today. Thanks again!!!!!

Ok, sounds like the compressor is trying to start and then cuts out.

If the compressor is not shorted out (only way to tell is with a ohm meter) then I would replace the start relay.

The compressor start relay in on the side of the compressor and has a couple wires running to it.

Here is a guide I put together that may help.
This is a whirlpool side by side, but they are all about the same.

Compressor runs for 5 seconds and all the fans are working. Temps in frig and freezer sections both steady at 60 degrees.

Are both fans running?
There is the evaporator fan in the freezer section and the condenser fan by the compressor.

How long does the compressor stay running before it cycles off?

I can hear the compressor cycle on and off. I cleaned the whole bottum of the fridge out of all dust and the freezer is completely defrosted. Both sides are cool but not cold. We had lightning in the area 2 days ago and I think it might have overloaded the circuits. Could it be the starter system? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
