Hi.

First of all is the evaporator fan (located in the freezer) running?
If not, then remove the rear freezer cover and check if the fan get's 120VAC (using the multimeter).Press the door switch while doing the test.
If you are getting 120v to the motor and it's not running - replace it.

The evaporator motor Part number: AP4366692
Part number: AP4366692

If the motor is OK and there is no blockage of air circulation
go to the refrigeration section.
Take the air damper cover off, remove the air damper and check if the gate is open.
Replace if broken.

The air damper Part number: AP4077555

I have an Amana bottom freezer refrigerator. A couple days ago the fridge portion stopped cooling. The freezer is working fine and the refrigerator sounds like its "running" but it is not cold. I pulled it out, unplugged it and cleaned the back. I also took the vent off the front and cleaned the dust from under it. There is nothing blocking the vents inside the refrigerator or the freezer. There is also no ice build up in the freezer. Any suggestions as to what might be wrong?
