If the dripping started rite after replacing the filter try to reinstall it. The dripping usually indicates presence of air in the water line or bad water inlet valve.
Check all water line connections, water reservoir.

Hello-
My water dispenser on Kitchen Aid model# KSCS25FKSS01 is dripping slowly (about a drop every 3-4 seconds). So whats happening is the drip tray is filling up and then overflowing and my floor is getting wet.
Anyone know where I should start on replacement parts?
I don't mind ordering a few different pieces and then putting them all in at the same time. Just want to make sure I get the right part to correct the drip, drip, drip... This is "water torture"!
THANKS,
GUS
