I am trying to compare the possible performance of 2 old 30" Frigidaire ovens with glass cooktops:
1= a LEEFM389FEB labeled 16 KW @120/240V and 12 KW @ 120/208V (KW = about 165% of #2 below)
2= a FEF369CGSD labeled 10.0 KW @120/240V and 7.5 KW @ 120/208V (KW = about 63% of #1 above)
Each will need a few parts, but I would like to be advised as to the possible performance differences of the ovens when repaired and used on a two-pole 240V circuit. Will the lower KW one take longer to reach a set temperature? What else? I am not so much interested in shall I say a thermodynamic/power/operating cost answer as am in a what might the wife notice answer.
