Here are your parts
Parts for KitchenAid KESC308LSS0 Range - AppliancePartsPros.com

See the attachment for the tech sheet.

Do the stove top elements work?

If yes then the power is OK.

In the tech sheet you will see a 20 amp fuse inline with the elements perhaps this is blown.

That fuse may be the one shown in the following part but I am not sure.
You will have to trace back the wires to find the correct one.
Part number: AP3132842

Be sure to check each element for resistance and that they are not grounded before replacing the fuse if it is blown.

Hello:
My Kitchen Aid KESC308LSSO range heat will not come on. When I set the oven temperature the displacy/control panel works and I can hear the relay clicking on but there is no cooking heat. All circuit breakers are on but it seems like there might be a bad heating element (??).

I am good with electronics and electrical stuff but I can't diagnose the problem so I come to the experts. Thank you in advance.

Jeff
