Here are your parts
Replacement parts for General Electric RB800WJ1WW Electric range | AppliancePartsPros.com

This is actually a GE so getting tech info on it is next to impossible. GE likes to keep everything a problem.

I am assuming that the controls that do not work is the oven control because you did say that the cooktop elements run OK so their controls must be OK.

Does the interior light now work and/or the surface element on lights?
If the answer is yes then you have the correct power. Theses lights usually use the same side of the line (120 volts) that powers the control board.

If they work then odds are the control board is toast.

I shorted my stove/oven while trying to replace bulb. I unscrewed plate inside oven and must of hit the side while putting it back (yes breaker was on!). Cooktop works fine but clock is dead and so are all controls. Where do i start? Hot Point Model #RB800WJ1WW.
