Since the oven sensor was already replaced and the oven will reach the proper temperature at first, the failure would be in the oven relay control. The revision number of the range would be necessary to identify the relay control used with this appliance.

Hi, I have a Samsung ne59j7750ws.

The oven temp has been giving me trouble for some time. At first the display temp was way off from the actual temp in the oven (using an oven thermometer). So I changed the temp sensor, and the temp now matches.

However, the issue I'm having now is that once it reaches the set temp, it doesn't turn on the element again when the temp goes down (e.g. when the door is opened, or even after natural heat loss). I'm aware that the oven will fluctuate slightly (±20°F?), however the temp could go down by even 100°F from the set temp, and it will not restart.

Any ideas on what the issue is?

Thanks!
