Since you say that the switch is OK then the board is the most likely culprit.
I would check the switch operation at the control board connector just to be sure it is not a bad wire.

I do not know of a worl around for this problem.

Hi. Notorious F9-2! Upper oven latch code cut off my chicken dinner. Latch works, switches test okay, but every time i reposition and plug in, the lock cycles 4 times and throws a code. It doesn't seem able to "see" neutral position. Is this a bad board? If so can I disable or work around the lockout function? I'd rather have use of the ovens than have the locking/self-cleaning feature, at least for now.
Appreciate any help. Thanks.
