Hi.

You should be able to pull the door off the hinges.That what the manual is saying.

Right side hinge pin has either broken or come out. The channel arms (both sides) seem to be seized to the door. This is the upper door and it has never been removed in 19 years. The manual says open door just enough to pull up on the door and it should come off. That's the way the bottom door works.
Any suggestions would be appreciated:confused:
