Hi griggmi

Most likely the problem with your oven is a bad control board.

- The part number for the new control board AP3858099

Good luck.
Gene.

After a power outage, the oven controls do not light up and are not touch sensitive as they should be. The back panel is dark, and the oven will not work.

The stove top is glass touch sensitive also, but all the surface controls for the stovetop work properly.

Previously after a power outage, the oven controls stay dark for about 24 hours, and re-light on their own, but not this time.

Tried unplugging the stove for 2 hours like user manual states, and this did not work.
