Take a resistance reading of the glowbar if it's not between 50-150ohms it's bad and needs to be replaced. If you have an amp meter, you can check the amp draw of the glowbar. It needs to draw 3.3 amps or more to open the gas safety valve to light the burner.

When you turn on the oven , the ignitor glows orange but the oven burner does not light unless I tap it. Once I tap the burner or the gas valve it will light. Any help would be appreciated.
