I need to replace the control panel on our range (only the 1,2,3,4,5,6, & 0 keys are working), but I cannot seem to get the panel out. I have taken out the four screws under the panel and the four screws behind the knobs. The panel moves but seems to be stuck. Do I have to take off the range top? I tried. I removed both gas sections (the removable and stationary sections) and took out the four screws on both sides, but the top section won't budge. I'm guessing once the control panel comes out it should be a fairly simple repair.
