	Turned the Lower oven on to preheat to 350F. Ten minutes later the oven was temp was up to 600F with no indication it was planing to stop. Is this a thermostat problem in that there seems to be nothing working to regulate the temp. ? Is there a way for me to test the thermostat short of replacing it?
