Hello. The owner attempted to replace a suspect blown bulb when the bulb broke from the base. They attempted to remove the bulb base with pliers without unplugging the microwave causing spark. They replaced the bulb and again it did not light. I looked at it, replaced the socket and still the bulb would not light. I tried a 2nd bulb and again would not light. I measure 120v at the socket connectors so curious why the bulb would not light. I then measured the voltage on low, med, high and off and each time I measured 120 volts. Could this be the control board or am I missing something here?

Thanks
