R2 the connector. Works now. Maybe the connector was loose and it caused an arc? We’ll see if it holds up. So far, so good

Less then 2 years old (Manu date of 1/2016) microwave stopped working. No power at all. After checking components behind control panel, I checked area above panel and found a wire loose. Looked as though the metal connector melted. I included a pic. Hard to tell where the yellow wire runs to, but it appears to go towards the rear.
Edit. I didn't have all the facts when I originally posted. At first I assumed that my wife had tried turning it on and it didn't work. I find out now that she was heating up baby food and some sparks occurred inside and it shut down. The baby food container had a sliver of its foil seal still attached to the lip. I've done the same in the past and since the piece would be so minute, nothing ever happened. Anyway..If that was the root cause, I'm thinking I can reattach the wire and it'll be good. What you think?
