 My daughter was heating some food when suddenly she heard a crackling sound inside the microwave (no metal) was being used. She stopped heating to check. She once again tried to heat the food but it was not heating at all. A few minutes later it just stopped working but the digital panel was still on. I proceeded to try to start it again but it just fazed out and the vent stayed open. No power at all. Took the microwave out of the wall unit and tried to plug it in another outlet but to no avail.

Please try to help me.
Thanks
