Maybe something is binding. The drum must turn effortlessly.
Bad drum glides(red arrows) make weird noises sorta like bad rear brake shoes on a garbage truck or bus; the plastic
slides and the bearing itself will wear out and the drum will hit the dryer door housing and eat down into it. Seen it.

replaced burnt wire to terminal and broken belt now dryer comes on for a little while and cuts off motor seems to be getting hot. HELP!!!!
