First run your finger around the seals at the back and front of the drum to be sure something is not stuck between the seal and the frame, pulling the clothes into this area. Be careful in case it is something sharp. This is a bit of a long shot as usually you would hear a scraping noise.

Next you will have to open it up to check the seals

This is front loading dryer. Some shirt collars are getting caught in the edge where the spinning drum and the lateral part of the dryer meet. When the shirt gets caught and you pull it out, the small portion of the shirt is rusted. I am not sure is some felt or something got dislodged from the area causing this to happen.:confused:
