I replaced the switch and the timer still will not stop the machine from running. Any other suggestions? I feel like I have tried everything.

I can not provide more accurate advice without the wiring diagram. Post it if you have it.

I would check the start switch. If you do have the wiring diagram and can post it - it might help.

I have a Maytag coin-op dryer that wont shut off unless the door is opened. The new timer I installed works fine but when it runs out of time the dryer keeps running. I hve tried everything that I can think and nothing seems to work. ANY IDEA'S ??
