The second dryer, the GE must be a used dryer. Check the glow coil on the GE, and see if it glows. Tom ApplianceEducator.com

My Kenmore dryer was running but wasn't heating. I replaced it with a GE model DBB3300GA2WW, thinking the Kenmore had run its course since it is 25 years old. The GE runs but doesn't heat either. I checked the circuit breaker, but the circuit wasn't tripped. I replaced the fuse on the circuit breaker, but that wasn't the problem either. Could there be a problem with the gas line coming into the house? My other gas appliances in the house are working fine.
