What kind of noise is it? High pitched, low pitched, fast, slow, whining, grinding, thumping, or something else?

Have you checked the blower wheel? Is the dryer sitting on a solid floor and completely level? Could the tumbling arms have stuff n them? You'd be surprised how many things I used to take out of the tumbling arms on dryers. Coins, keys, paper clips, and perfectly round balls of lint.

Thanks for the reply. No split in drum, its condition is great.

Did you check for a split drum?

My Maytag MGD6000XW2 dryer was making a lot of noise. So I looked up the possible causes here and replaced every item they recommended. New drum roller shafts on both right and left hand, new rollers, new belt, new idler pulley complete, both felts front and back. Even after all this, dryer is still extremely noisy. There doesn't appear to be anything vibrating. What should I do next?
