When I press the Start button, it makes a buzzing sound and nothing else happens. I can spin the drum counterclockwise manually from the inside, but not clockwise. I removed the top and and the plate in the back where you can see the motor. As far as I can tell, the belt looks fine. I can't see anything jamming it from the top, but I can't tell if something may be jamming it at the bottom as I haven't completely disassembled it and therefore I can't see the entire bottom of the drum.
