Per the situation you described I would suggest to order both of them from APP and give a try one at a time starting with the control module in the fascia panel. If any one will be unneeded you can return it later.

- The control module with OEM part number 676479 which is APP Part number: AP4483705
Part number: AP4483705

- The power control board with OEM part number 701523 which is APP Part number: AP4540760
Part number: AP4540760

I have a Bosch Dishwasher that is 2 year old, My main house transformer went out and now it will not work. Getting power to it the door switch ohms good, fill valve ohm good, power and slection buttons are lit up and work but the start button seams to work but when close door will never start the cycle. How do i narrow it down to the control unit 701523 part or the control 67479 part? need help i have followed the self test start from the owners manual and it will not go into self test.
