No start anymore. No lights nothing. 120 V voltage on line in and several other points on connectors connected to the board. 120V power at the board and door switch. Not sure if the circuit board or touch pad problem. No visable signs of bad components on the board. No visable signs of damage on ribbon cable. Quit like this several times. Thought maybe there was a reset of fuse somewhere but did not find any. turned breaker off and back on couple opf times before and it seemed to start working again. HA no luck now. Must have been coinceedance. No it is not the breaker either as i have already changed this out as well. What kind of warranty is there on the board. Don't care about the labor as i can change the board out if this is the actual problem. Not exactly sure on how to get to the touch pad if that is it. Is this normal for maytag? also had trouble with the new washing machine and it was not a yr old. What happened to the not working maytag man because the maytag products worked and did not break down HA? Does maytag have a warranty period on the board for defective boards? we have eigth people in this house and really need to get this fixed.
