Ge clearance i bought and it started making sound and no one near it now it is doa. i used the tester and getting power to all parts that i checked. i turned off breaker and unscrewed the plate to see the control board under it has a steady green light on. not blinking but the unit won't do a thing no lights on console i touch diff settings with tester on console all have power. could it be a bad control board?
