I could not pull up any info on model GDL5660N10SS, are you sure that is the correct model number?

After running the dishwasher there is still a large amount of standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher. I checked the drain line and there was not a clog. I tried sucking the water out through the drain line using a shop vac but that didn't work. I removed the dishwasher and checked for clogs in the drain pump and the sump. Everything is dirty, but clear. The contacts on the motor for the drain pump are measuring about 27 ohms.
