Is It Tough To Replace[/COLOR]
Depends what you consider tough.
Unit will have to be pulled out from under the counter at least it will be easier that way.
Also just because it is not heating does not mean that the heater is blown.
The hi-limit thermostat may be blown.
Or it may not be getting power from the control board.
So more troubleshooting must be done before you can say the heater needs replacing. A multimeter is very helpful for this.
Or Should I Call A Repair Man?
Depends on a lot of things so that is a decision only you can make.
