Looked online but could not find how to clear the pump screen from debris.
There are 3 star screws on the washer front side panel under the washer door. I removed these and the panel to find a white circular plastic "dial". I unscrewed this "dial" and pulled the most foul smelling wad of hair, coins, air-soft gun pellets and other stuff left in pockets over the years. Once cleaned the washer worked flawlessly. I did this only after unhooking my washer from utilities and hauling it outside. TOTALLY UNNECESSARY!!!!

Good, glad that worked and thanks for sharing this with us. Your post may well help others avoid an expensive service call in place of something they can do themselves.
