I am having trouble getting the washer to draw water, it starts at agitate. It also does not spin the clothes entirely dry. The knob seems very loose. I ordered both a new knob and a new timer thinking that possibly the plastic was stripped on either part. My husband put the new parts on, we are still having no success. It seems the knob is not tight enough. Are we missing something?
