I bought this washer used for $75 and it has worked great until recently. It doesn't get all the soap off of the clothes and it smells almost like burnt rubber when it spins.

I really don't know the age of the washer for sure as it was used. I do have a serial number if that can tell the age.

Basically I need to know if it is worth fixing or if it is major.
