Okay this is the fourth time it happened...
1st time - shirt got stuck and then ruined 2nd time - the shirt i just bought got stuck and i pulled it out 3rd time - my jeans and the same shirt got stuck together and the shirt was ruined... 4th time - a t-shirt, tank top and my hoodie are stuck in there right now.. I don't know how long they had it, because we're only renting the place. The brand is Beaumark... I tried taking off the plastic cover, and then theres another plastic thing called an agitator? and it won't come off.. there's this thing on the top of the agitator that looks like a bolt, its covered in guck, i tried to scrape it all off, but i still can't figure what it is... can you please help me? ![]() |

I use a long breakout bar to pull stuck agitator bolts out, sometimes they really get stuck. To prevent it breaking, I spray it with wd-40 once it comes loose a little.
