My washer wont agitate on the regular or permanent press settings. It will work perfectly on the delicate cycle. At first I thought it was a draining problem but it's never getting to agitate. The tub fills fine. I can get it to drain by turning the dial manually.

I seem to get it to wash with no clothes in the machine, and at other times it works fine. Could it be the dial on the machine? Does it need to be cleaned, oiled, etc? Could it be other connections?

Any help is appreciated.:)
