Model Number: WJSE3110AOWW Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
My washing machine has a thunking sound when in the wash cycle. I tried to pinpoint the sound by removing the front panel of the machine. The belt appears fine. I can duplicate the sound when the tub is empty by moving the tub around. When the tub is full and in the wash cycle, I can stop the sound by applying pressure on the front of the tub. Is there a fix, and how easy or complicated is it to do?
