Model Number: GSL9365EQ2 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
Recently, I had a problem with my washer where it no longer would spin and drain when washing clothes. I found out it was my coupler and bought a new one and replaced it. Now, the machine washes, spins and drains, but the agitator does not seem to work properly any longer. Instead of a strong twist when washing, it seems to be twisting slowly and only a little bit at a time (about an inch or less if I had to guess). I can still wash clothes, but it very obviously does not seem normal or appear to be operating the way it was previously. Can anyone please assist me in determining a cause of the problem and a way to repair? Thanks in advance.
