Washer Repair

I dont know what can be wrong with our washer but it dosent wash, spin, or drain the water. I thought it could have been the belt but when I opened it up the belt was still intact and looks brand new. Can anyone tell me what the problem maybe and if I should get a new washer cause maybe the repairs would be too much?

Is your washer definitely a belt drive, it may be a direct drive in which case the coupling could need replacement , otherwise if it is a belt drive and it looks intact it could be just loose.

Thanks for replying to me Felix but I have no idea what a belt drive is. All I know is when I opened the bottom a little plastic piece came out, it looks like the shape of the letter F. The belt is still on with no damage to it at all, also a little plastic piece also broke off of somewhere when I opened the lid. It seems like the barrel is off centered.
