Ack! Maytag Stackable Frontloader
Model Number: MFW9600SQ0 Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years
Error Code: F06
Hello all, I really hope someone can help. I'm a student, and it would roughly cost me about 350.00 to have two guys come out (stackable, in smallish closet, dryer on top of washer). I need help! Has anyone ever seen this error code before? I can't find my book, and oddly enough when I called the operator; I was informed that Maytag had no 800-number. Weird huh? Thank you in advance. Pug

In order to diagnose the problem you have to perform the troubleshooting as described in the Tech sheets. It could be the motor control unit (MCU) or the central control unit (CCU). - The part number for the CCU is AP4310349 - The part number for the MCU is AP3861856 Gene.
