Default Wash machine drum stuck how to get moving again?
Model Number: AW03761/S   Brand: Whirlpool   Age: 1 - 5 years

Hi I know I have a sock stuck under my drum as it is stuck and won't move. I have taken the front panel off and got the rubber seal off, but am wondering how do I get the drum moving? Do I have to take the back off? I can't see anything else to unscrew or loosen. And yes I have checked the pump and it is empty, I had this problem before and had to get someone to fix it and it looked simple, but now I am stuck. Help please.
