Hi I have a Whirlpool washer roughly 4 yrs old, model # lsq9010pw5. The washer isn't spining the water out...can hear it spinning slowly, but not enough to spin water out....I was told just by descibing the problem that it could be the transmission on the washer....can you give me some insight or help on what the problem may be and if I can figure out and fix the problem my self.
Thank you

Your machine is somewhat young to be having this type of problem. It is most likely the clutch, which is a repair you can do yourself. It will take some time and patience, but no special tools. A helper would be, well, helpful.

Here is a site that will show you how to replace it.
