Hello,
I have a front load washer with a faulty control board. Frigidaire has been kind enough to send me a replacement part (after heated discussion) which is the entire board. The question is, how do I access the board? I can't reach it by going in the back and I don't see any obvious way of getting to it from the front.
Thanks!!!
By the way, if you have a Frigidaire front load washer that won't spin, open the back of the machine and you will most likely find a diagnostics sheet that will let you test the problem yourself.

Thanks for the help. It turned out to be very easy - 2 screws in the back held the top of the washer on. Once those were removed everything the top was off and so the front was accessible.
...too bad it wasn't the control board. Thanks again.

Still working on the solution. Most forums say it's likely to be the filter (open the panel below the door and detach the rubber hose leading from the washer - there's a screen in there) or it could be the lock.
I'm going to change the lock; if it doesn't fix it, it's time for the repair man.
...and of course, my icemaker just went out on my fridge. When it rains...
