I am a DIYer. My daughter-in-law reported that the wrong temperature water was coming out. I verified correct hose connection. Sure enough, hot came out when cold was selected. I suspected inlet valve. Resistance measured 100 ohms. How else can I test this valve. I guess I could test for 110v on each solenoid. Could the solenoid be jammed? The screens are clean.

I suggest you switch the connections on the water inlet valve and then see what happens. If cold comes out when hot is selected but nothing comes out for the cold rinse then the water temp selection switch may be the problem.
