agitator only goes one direction, so not working
Model Number: supermates 111;sm115j Brand: White-Westinghouse Age: More than 10 years
Hello, the agitator suddenly stopped agitating...would the general colum rebuild help?

Hi Annie,
The first thing I would do is remove the front panel and check the belt. - The part number for the belt is AP2142495 Gene.
