Default Slow fill in rinse, Kenmore Elite
Model Number: 110.24952300   Brand: Kenmore   Age: 1 - 5 years

About 15 seconds into the fill of the Rinse cycle, with warm water selected, the Hot Water cuts out which takes the machine FOREVER to fill with cold water only coming in!!!
This only happens in the Rinse cycle, the Wash cycle (also using warm water,) works fine!!!

Chris

The rinse cycle use cold water, so use the cold fill on regular wash and see if it is slow then, if it is, check your hose screen for a clog

I am using warm water for the rinse, which mixes hot and cold water.
The hot water cuts out, leaving only cold water.
No hoses can be clogged because the wash cycle (also using warm water,) works fine!

Check the screens for blockage, sand grit can build up on the screens and cause a slow fill, hot water valve can clog from water heater sediment, and cold water can clog from the city water supply.
