It spins and drains just fine but when it fills up with water it does not agitate and there is a noticeable humming noise. We replaced the transmission but that did absolutely nothing. The splines on the agitator coupling seems to be just fine.
So we've narrowed it down to either the control board or something wrong with the motor. Any insight would be much appreciated.

Operate it with the belt off and see if the motor is functioning in the agitation cycle. If so, check out the clutch, if not check the wiring to the motor from the timer unit.
